Privacy Policy
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Slovak one (Ochrana osobných údajov); in case of any discrepancy, the Slovak version prevails.

The controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
2. What data we process
- Identification and contact details: name / company name, e‑mail, phone, billing address, company ID / tax ID (for businesses).
- Order data: device installation ID, generated licence key, order history.
- Payment data: processed exclusively by the Stripe payment gateway – the controller has no access to the payment card number.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – delivery of the licence, communication, support.
- Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – accounting and tax documents.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – protection against misuse and securing the service.
4. Recipients of the data
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. – payment processing.
- Web hosting and e‑mail service provider.
- Accountant / tax advisor and public authorities to the extent of legal obligations.
We do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it.
5. Retention period
Data related to the order and the licence is retained for the duration of the subscription and subsequently for the period required by law (accounting documents generally for 10 years).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, to data portability, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk). 7. Cookies and local storage
The website uses only essential functional storage of the browser (localStorage) to remember the selected language. This storage is not used for tracking and does not require consent.
The website does not use analytical or marketing cookies (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel). The embedded video is loaded in “youtube‑nocookie” mode, which does not set tracking cookies until you start the video. If you play the video, the terms of YouTube (Google) may apply.
