End‑User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End‑User Licence Agreement (hereinafter the “EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (the end user) and Invoice Slovakia s.r.o., Company ID 52 456 536, with its registered office at Stummerova 1941/6, 955 01 Topoľčany (hereinafter the “provider”), regarding the use of the Printigoo software (hereinafter the “software”). By installing, activating or using the software, you agree to this agreement.

1. Grant of licence

The provider grants the user a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the software on one device (one PC), identified by an installation ID, for the duration of a valid subscription. The software is provided as a subscription, not as a sale of ownership.

2. What the user MAY do

3. What the user MUST NOT do

4. Copyright and intellectual property

The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights to the software, including the source code, graphics, name and trademarks, belong to the provider or the author. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights – it grants only the right to use the software under the terms of this EULA.

5. Updates

The provider may release software updates. This EULA applies to updates released during a valid subscription. The provider is not obliged to release updates to a specific extent or at a specific time.

6. Termination for breach

The licence automatically terminates upon breach of any condition of this EULA, in particular unauthorised distribution of the key, tampering with the software or circumventing licensing. Upon termination, the user must stop using the software and remove it from their devices. Termination does not affect the provider’s right to compensation for damages.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (in particular lost profit or data loss) arising from the use of the software. This does not affect the statutory rights of a consumer and liability for defects under the terms and conditions.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Matters not regulated herein are governed in particular by the Copyright Act and the Civil Code.
