Printigoo is a Windows application for editing and professionally printing photographs – a replacement for kiosk systems and Mitsubishi kiosks. Import from a computer, USB, SD card or from a phone via a QR code, edit, choose formats and print.
System requirements
- Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Memory (RAM): at least 8 GB
- Free disk space: at least 300 MB (the installation is about 90 MB)
- Screen resolution: minimum and recommended 1920×1080 (Full HD)
- Printer: any printer installed in Windows
- Internet: required to download, pay and activate the licence; then works offline
- Program languages: Slovak, Czech, Polish, German, English, Spanish, French
Most common questions
How do I activate the licence?
Open the Printigoo application, go to the Licence / Activation section, enter the licence key you received by e‑mail after payment, and confirm. The key is bound to your computer’s installation ID.
How quickly do I receive the licence key after payment?
The key is generated automatically immediately after payment and is sent to the e‑mail address provided when ordering (please also check your Spam folder).
Does the program work offline?
Yes. After activation the program works offline. Internet is only needed to download the program, for online payment and licence activation, and possibly when sending photos from a phone via a QR code (within the local Wi‑Fi network).
Which printers is Printigoo compatible with?
Printigoo prints through the standard Windows print dialog, so it is compatible with all printers you have installed in Windows – including photo printers such as Citizen, DNP or Mitsubishi, as well as common inkjet and laser printers. A working printer driver in Windows is required.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or 11, at least 8 GB RAM, at least 300 MB of free disk space and a screen resolution of 1920×1080 (Full HD), which is both the minimum and recommended resolution for the best experience. The program is lightweight and runs smoothly even on ordinary office computers.
Can the licence be transferred to another computer? What about replacing the PC?
The licence is bound to one device (installation ID). When you replace the computer or reinstall the system, the installation ID changes. Just contact us at info@printigoo.com and, during a valid subscription, we will generate a new key for the new device. On the original computer the licence will stop working.
Is a trial version available?
Yes. You can download and use the trial version free for 30 days with full functionality. After the trial period, a licence is required.
How much does the licence cost and how is it paid?
The licence costs €69 / year (annual subscription). It is paid online by payment card through the secure Stripe gateway. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You can cancel the subscription at any time by e‑mail at info@printigoo.com. After cancellation it will not renew for the next period and the licence remains valid until the end of the paid period.
Will I receive a proof of payment?
Yes, after payment you will be sent a payment confirmation. If needed, contact us at info@printigoo.com.
